TAIYAKI

Last week, I said that Center Plaza( a basement of Koutu Center) have a new Taiyaki shop. Taiyaki is fish-shaped cake filled with red bean paste in English.

This Tuesday, I went there and bought one Taiyaki! This Taiyaki color was pink. Popularly Taiyaki is brown because this food is baked by the steel plate. However, this Taiyaki was pink! Why? The reason why that its coating was made of tapioca so its color is light. Additionally, this Taiyaki have springy texture when you are eating them. It is very interesting texture for this food. Its taste was very good so I want to eat it again. And this shop has many kinds of Taiyaki. For example, green and white color of Taiyaki, a main ingredient is custard, chocolate and any more. Therefore, I want try to eat all kind of Taiyakis!
